Christine Lee, Chief Executive Officer

Christine Lee is the key link between policy and strategic directions set by the Board. It includes the day-to-day operations, staff supervision, high level contact with other agencies, and ensuring that SEARMS responsibilities to its partner organisations are met.

Melissa Ellis, Senior Finance Officer

Melissa Ellis has extensive experience in financial management. Melissa plays a high level multi-skilled role, with a joint focus on finances and complex tenancy issues. Melissa is also responsible for managing all financial matters for the organisation, including payroll, rent receipting and accounts payable.

Melissa is responsible for all financial reporting requirements; this includes monthly financial reporting to the Board and partner organisations and grant acquittals in line with relevant legislation and taxation equipments. This is in accordance with Australian accounting standards. In addition Melissa provides assistance to partner organisations with financial advice.

Norman Parsons, Asset Manager

Norman Parsons comes with a wealth of experience from his years in the building industry, as a carpenter and joiner and 15+ years in the Land Council network, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the asset management plans and will assist SEARMS and organisations under our management to meet the challenges facing social housing organisations. Norman's chief role is to implement asset management plans ranging from 5 - 40 years. This is to ensure stock is maintained and replaced or upgraded as the demands dictate. (eg: growth of communities.)

Brenda Smith, Housing Officer

Brenda Smith is responsible for providing tenancy support and maintaining rental properties, asset management and quality assurance on behalf of the partner organisations. She undertakes frequent field visits, including property inspections and provide outreach services to the communities of Bateman's Bay, Moruya and Mogo.

Erika Brunhuber, Finance Officer

Erika Brunhuber is responsible for reception and all general office duties that ensures smooth running of the office systems. This includes but is not limited to maintaining office equipment, supplies and data entry. This role is critical in regard to the daily input of rents, for arrears management. Erika has taken on additional duties that include management of the financial systems as part of her Certificate IV Financial Services.

Kelly Stewart, Housing Officer

Kelly Stewart is responsible for providing tenancy support and maintaining rental properties, asset management and quality assurance on behalf of the partner organisations. She undertakes frequent field visits, including property inspections and provide outreach services to the communities of Nowra, Jerrinja, Yass, Ulladulla, Queanbeyan, Young, Bowral, Mittagong and Wallaga Lake.

David Nye, Housing Officer

David Nye is responsible for providing tenancy support and maintaining rental properties, asset management and quality assurance on behalf of the partner organisations. He undertakes frequent field visits, including property inspections and provide outreach services to the communities of Bateman's Bay, Bodalla, Bega, Dalmeny, Narooma and Eden.
