SEARMS is recruiting for the 2025 CHIA Cadetship Program! This unique 12-month, paid cadetship combines hands-on experience in community housing with the chance to earn the nationally recognized CHC42221 Certificate IV in Housing.

Eligibility:
Unemployed young adults (18-24) or adults (25+) connected to social housing
Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people
People with disabilities
Refugees or migrants with employment barriers
Social housing tenants or those on the waitlist
