Please READ Repairs & Maintenance FAQS prior to calling Emergency Trades A/H. All Non-Emergency or Urgent works conducted by trades will be onforwarded and invoiced to the tenant for payment.

Alternatively, there are also multiple ways to log your maintenance/repairs non-urgent requests:

 

1. Scan the QR Code and follow the prompt; or

2. Email to maintenance@bricksandagent.com; or repairs@searms.com.au; OR

    (in emailing SEARMS, please provide us details of the issue along with photos or video)

3. Call our offices during business hours (Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm) on:
