How Do I Make a Repair or Maintenance Request?

Incidents that require repairs or maintenance can occur at any time, so it’s important to know how to request maintenance and repairs. If you live in a home managed by SEARMS and you need to report repair or maintenance issues, we’ve created a quick summary of your options below.

During Office Hours

(Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm)

For all maintenance and repair requests during office hours, please contact SEARMS directly. We recommend contacting us using our freecall number first before trying your nearest office:

After Hours & Emergency Assistance
